Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Till Heidrich – Content Creation | Heidrich Digital, Rotdornweg 17, 21255 Tostedt, Deutschland, email: mail@heidrich-digital.de, phone 0157 73953819) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://kiekkist.de/withdraw/ with the button "Withdraw from contract". We will then send you, without delay, an acknowledgement of receipt by email with the content of your statement and the date and time it was received.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
With the withdrawal your licence for the affected designs ends.
Early expiry (digital content)
The right of withdrawal for the supply of digital content (single design, downloads within All-Access) expires once we have begun supplying it after you expressly agreed that we begin before the withdrawal period ends, acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and we confirmed this consent to you on a durable medium. We only ask for this consent at the first download, not at payment.
